By submitting an inquiry, completing enrollment forms, or receiving services from Khaila Academy, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms outline the rules and guidelines for using our services, including private school enrollment, Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care (PPEC), and Step Up For Students scholarship administration.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Family Responsibilities

As a parent or guardian, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during enrollment and intake
• Attend scheduled appointments and school activities on time, and notify us of any changes
• Respect our staff, providers, and facilities
• Pay for services as outlined in our fee schedule and agreed payment plans

3. Service Limitations & Disclaimers

Our educational and PPEC services are provided by licensed and qualified staff for enrollment, education, and pediatric care purposes. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, scholarship awards, or Medicaid authorization approvals. Services and eligibility are based on professional judgment, state guidelines, and applicable program requirements.

Khaila Academy is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from our services. All records are confidential except as required by law.

4. Payment & Cancellation Policy

Fees are due at the time of service or as agreed. Cancellations require 24 hours notice; late cancellations or no-shows may incur full fees. We accept cash, checks, credit cards, and applicable Medicaid or scholarship funding sources.
